Update!

Tournament rules for 2016 are posted.  Although we are calling this a tournament this is really meant to be more of an "exercise with a prize."  This is meant to be as close to a street self defense with a smallsword scenario as is safe and possible.   To which there has been added  a reasonable metric for comparing the ones own skill to that of others  in forming and applying  the use of the smallsword in an unexpected encounter with sharps.  It is of course not entirely realistic.  Legitimate street defense techniques would be too dangerous to allow.  Likewise there is no perfectly objective opponent against each player will compete nor do players directly fence on another for points.  So in a sense it is not fair if you draw two tough opponents and the next fellow draws two beginners.  But street fights are not fair and equal.  Ones opponents are unpredictable must be taken as you find them.  So in that sense it is very realistic and adds to the pressure that one must overcome to succeed.

Also I have placed the Provisional Schedule online.

Remember the early registration discount will end on 1/31/2016!

Hope to see you all there!
